## Changes since the 2026-10-25 checkpoint
1. BLACKED ANALYTICAL ERAS: E1 to E4 are complete reports on the Era 1 template (title, six-row metadata block, Benchmark Cycle terminology, one rule per section).
2. Each era report carries a header tab (JAVELION ANALYTICS · BLACKED PHENOMENOLOGY · BPHEN STRATEGIC ANALYSIS) and a footer tab (END OF ANALYSIS · word count · DEVELOPED BY JAVELION ANALYTICS), styled as the transcript tab.
3. Era index cards: new descriptions for E1 to E4, and anchors by actor: E1 John Punch (1640), E2 Virginia (1705), E3 Abraham Lincoln (1863), E4 39th Congress (1866).

## Audit of 2026-10-27 (read-only, nothing changed in the data)
- 1,700 rows in Supabase: 1,478 Macro (LIVE), 206 Memorabilia (HISTORICAL), 16 DIS Micro. 116 Macro rows flagged as duplicates stay hidden. Nothing was deleted.
- Memorabilia: all 206 PDFs open (HTTP 200). No new items since 2026-10-25. No title, description or formatting defects outside JU's 14 manual items.
- Macro: 18 new items since 2026-10-25, all accepted normally. Open items are listed in the audit report.
- Micro: 16 records, all with snippet, author, date and source link.
