Authorized by JU on 2026-10-28. ANANSI is the operating system, and every DIS is part of it. The system now carries one version number, v3.3.0. It matches the login screen.

## One version
- The version shown on the login screen comes from `version.js` on the front end (`window.IDA_VERSION`). That value is now 3.3.0.
- The same number is written in the site worker (About text, Anansi system prompts, cache-clearing page) and in the DIS Macro code. All read v3.3.0.
- The earlier master copy labels v3.2.1, v3.2.2 and v3.2.3 were snapshot counters only. They are kept as history. From here the checkpoint number is the operating system number.
- Rule: when the version changes, change it in `version.js`, the worker, and the DIS code together, and use the same number for the master copy.

- Worker passes node --check and the client script check. DIS Macro v15 and DIS Memorabilia v8 healthy.
